Commission and Recruiting Scale
Your commission to start out is 25%. You keep your commission right at the sale. The customer pays you directly, then you pay Kat's Coffees & More minus your percentage. I accept checks, money orders or payments through www.c2it.com or www.paypal.com. Your customers will need to pay you by check, cash or money order unless you have a way from them to pay you by credit card. You can build up your commission rate by recruiting and/or having sales of or more. Your commission may change monthly - it all depends on your and your recruits sales. You will gain 2% for up to 5 recruits as long as they stay active by placing a minimum of 1 order each month. I will send you a letter at the end of each month if your commission rate will change for the month before. For example, if you gain 2 recruits in July, at the end of July I would sent you a "Congratulations" note telling you your commission rate is now 29%. If in August only one of your recruits places an order, then at the end of August I would send you an email stating your commission for the month of September will only be 27%. You will also gain in product of my choice or off one order (you pay shipping based on retail total of product) for each recruit.
You can also earn a higher percentage from your sales. If you have a month, you will gain 2.5% the following month. If you have a $1,000 month, you will gain 5% the following month. If you have a single or $1,000 sale, you will gain the coordinating percentage on that sale also.
So in essence, you have the ability to earn 40% commissions!
Promote to Manager and Senior Manager!!!
How you promote to manager is by having 5 active recruits for 6 straight months. Staying active means placing at least one order each month. Once this happens, you will receive 35% as your set commission.
Okay, so you have promoted to Manager, now what?
Senior Manager, here you come! You must have your 6 months of 35% before becoming a Senior, however, you can promote to Manager and Senior Manager at the same time. To promote to a Senior, you will need to recruit 5 more people to make your down-line total 10. Once you get your 10, you will start earning an extra percentage on your down-line sales. How this will work each month is each month I will total the sales in your down-line. Your down-line includes your recruits, their recruits, and so on. If your down-line has a total of $1,000 in sales for the month, you will receive 1% more the following month, ,000 in sales = 2% more, ,000 in sales = 3% more, ,000 in sales = 4%, ,000 in sales = 5%. If you have a large down-line, this could be very easy for you to get up to 40%. If you have personal sales of you also get your extra 2.5% or your extra 5% for $1,000 in sales. 45% commission here you come!
If someone in your down-line promotes to Senior Manager, they and their down-line will be removed from your down-line to start their own chain.
Consultant starter kits and New items purchased at the 40% off price will not count toward group sales.
Starter Kit
Starter kit includes 10 catalogs, 10 order forms and a master catalog.
You have 3 options to choose from for products for a starter kit and will have 1 month to choose the option which is right for you.
Option 1: You choose your own product for 40% off. All items not in stock will be either replaced with like items or deleted and a credit or refund will be issued to you - your choice.
Option 2: I will choose your starter kit for you with a cost of + shipping ( retail), + shipping ( retail), + shipping ( retail) or + shipping ( retail) order - the dollar amount you spend will reflect the 40% off price.
Option 3: No kit at all, only paperwork.
You are not required to purchase any items for a starter kit but it would be helpful to you if you had "tested" some of the products.
During the month of your birthday each year, you can place another starter kit order. This will allow you another chance to receive product at a great price.
Yahoo Group
You will be invited to join KatsConsultants on yahoo groups upon receiving your payment to join. This is where all consultants can meet and learn from each other and answer each other's questions. You can find files of the catalog and helpful business tools to help your business grow. It will be a great place to network with your recruits.
